Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 | London | £40,000–£60,000 + Benefits
Location: London – Hybrid (1 day per week in office)
Contract: 12-month FTC – with potential for extension
Salary: £40,000–£60,000 per annum

Role: Project Manager – D365 CRM Rollout
Looking for Junior to Mid Level: 3 years to 8 Years of experience.
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a major global technology transformation programme delivering a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and mobile application across the business.
Following an initial rollout across 4 pilot countries, the programme will expand to approximately 30 countries by 2030. You’ll play a key role in supporting market readiness, adoption and deployment, working closely with local business stakeholders and central programme teams to ensure each market is fully prepared for successful go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market readiness, adoption and deployment activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM rollouts
- Coordinate implementation activities across multiple countries/regions
- Work closely with business stakeholders, country teams and central programme teams
- Coordinate communications, training, UAT, readiness assessments and local implementation plans
- Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, dependencies and competing priorities
- Gather feedback from local markets and help shape future rollout plans
- Support change management and user adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Act as a key liaison between programme leadership, technical teams and local business stakeholders
- Support successful transition from implementation through to go-live and BAU

Must-Have Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) rollout/implementation experience – ESSENTIAL
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – ESSENTIAL
- Experience delivering CRM, business system or technology implementations
- Experience coordinating multi-country or multi-region technology rollouts
- Strong understanding of business readiness, adoption and change activities
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred
- PMP certification – preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
- Experience working on global transformation or enterprise technology programmes
- Experience across training, communications, UAT and go-live readiness
