Senior Project Manager – Data Centres
South & West London (between 2 sites)
Permanent | Full-Time
Up to £105K + Benefits
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading organisation delivering complex projects within live data centre and critical infrastructure environments. This is an opportunity to lead high-value mechanical, electrical and construction projects from initial concept through to successful handover, working with some of the industry's most demanding clients.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple critical infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from scope and tender through to delivery and handover.
- Manage project budgets / finances
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with CDM, health & safety and industry regulations.
- Sign acceptance of Client PD & PC appointments
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Produce client reports, project documentation and progress updates.
- Support business growth through tendering and identifying new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering projects within data centres, critical environments, M&E or construction.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety best practice.
- Project Management qualification or relevant engineering background preferred.
