About us

We're The HR Fixers — a consultancy that helps organisations get their systems, processes and people working better together. SAP sits at the heart of a lot of what we do, and we're growing fast. Which means we need another brilliant Project Manager on the team.

The role

You'll run SAP-related transformation projects for our clients. Think SuccessFactors rollouts, but also broader SAP, other systems or large transformation projects that cross into various business functions. If you love bringing order to complexity, keeping people onside, and getting things over the line — this is for you.

You don't need to have only worked in HR. What matters is that you've previously delivered SAP implementation and other large transformation projects across business-wide functions.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run large scale projects end-to-end – scoping out the project deliverables, running RFP process, building the plan, agreeing the schedule, tracking budget, managing project resources, celebrating Go Live… - the lot
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, confident, and onside
  • Pull together project plans clients actually understand, from the detailed version to the one-pager
  • Run workshops and meetings that get people talking (and agreeing)
  • Spot risks before they become problems, and own the RAID log
  • Share the project progress via regular meetings, Status Reports, KPIs - whatever works best
  • Keep quality high and run retrospectives so we keep getting better
  • Work in whichever way suits the project — waterfall, agile, or a bit of both
  • Help us build better ways of working, based on what you learn out there

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
