Your Role And Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through to implementation and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and forecasts to ensure effective financial control.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Establish effective project governance, reporting, and controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear ownership of project activities and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums as required.
• Monitor project progress against agreed milestones, scope, budget, and quality requirements.
• Manage changes to project scope through an appropriate change-control process.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and effectively.
• Work with suppliers and third-party partners where required, managing deliverables and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and ways of working.
• Ensure appropriate testing, implementation, and transition activities are completed.
• Lead project closure activities, including lessons learned and handover to operational teams.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant organisational policies, standards, and governance requirements.
