Delivery Manager (Enhanced DV Cleared)
Location: Cheltenham / Hybrid UK
Day rate: £650-£700 outside IR35
Clearance required: Active Enhanced DV Clearance
We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex software and technology programmes within a highly secure environment.
You'll work closely with engineering teams, Technical Leads, and senior stakeholders to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery using Agile and Kanban-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple projects and teams.
- Drive Agile/Kanban delivery and optimise delivery flow.
- Manage programme-level risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID activities.
- Provide concise reporting and delivery visibility to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
- Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance.

What We're Looking For
- Enhanced DV clearance is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Experience delivering complex software or digital programmes.
- Strong Agile and flow-based delivery experience.
- Proven stakeholder and programme management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and cross-team dependencies.
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
