Focused on alternative investments and financial services, we help clients deliver operational excellence through expertise in structure, process and technology.
Working with leading firms across the alternatives market, we provide project-based services spanning business consulting, technology solutions and end-to-end operational improvement. As part of Alpha FMC, we offer the opportunity to work in a high-performing, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where individuals are given real responsibility, strong support and the chance to build deep expertise in a growing and evolving market.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of BlackRock eFront implementation, migration and managed service engagements for our private markets clients across private equity, credit, real estate and infrastructure. This is a senior hire for our expanding nearshore team, with close collaboration between our Belgrade and London offices.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience delivering eFront-related or similar vendor projects and will be comfortable owning delivery end-to-end: planning, budgeting, risk management, resourcing and client and vendor engagement. The role also carries responsibility for coordinating Implementation and Business Intelligence Consultants, and for embedding consistent, scalable delivery practices across our eFront managed service offering.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
