Role

An experienced operations and programme management professional responsible for driving growth within the UK Energy Services business by overseeing the full project lifecycle, from sales handover and planning through to delivery, invoicing, and programme completion.

This includes managing multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and utility companies, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring compliance, quality, safety, and cost control, and supporting continuous improvement.

The role also focuses on resource planning, order book management, commercial oversight, and developing team capability to ensure successful project delivery and future business opportunities.

You will be working with a team of skilled LV/HV Engineers, SAPs, managers and supporting staff across all aspects of the HV industry.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

Must Have:

  • Experience in delivering efficient and effective services to customers whether on site or at a planning stage from an office environment.
  • Experience in managing projects and programmes of work at pace, in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing a range of projects in terms of small-scale to large values
  • Good knowledge of LV/HV engineering, outage planning, SAP duties, construction planning, site management and logistics.
  • Computer literate - skilled in all of MS office, MS Project

  • Training in any of: Project management, Agile, Prince2, APM variations, ISO9001, Construction

Contract Details:

  • 12 month contract
  • Scotland based with an element of travel
  • Outside IR35
