Muehlhan Wind Service is a full-scope contractor and supplier of highly specialized wind turbine technicians and solid solutions – to OEM’s in the wind industry. We work with some of the largest companies in the industry on the most complex projects and are considered a strategic partner for the simple reason that we deliver uncompromising high-quality services.
As a Project Manager within our Electrical Services Team you will ensure professional project management that adds significant value to our company. You will accomplish this through collaborative efforts, meticulous project planning, and a strong focus on cost management and efficiency.
In this role, you will have the authority to make purchases in alignment with our Matrix of Approval, ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with project contracts and agreements
- Managing project profitability and financial performance
- Delivering projects on time, meeting quality and safety standards
- Overseeing the fulfilment of frame agreements, purchase orders, and contracts
- Handling all contractual notifications and documentation
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk register
- Establishing a stakeholder matrix and facilitating effective communication
- Minimizing project costs, energy consumption, and purchasing volumes
- Aligning project plans with customer expectations and business unit goals

Skills, Abilities, And Knowledge
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Technical insight and knowledge in the wind industry
- Theoretical or practical education related to the wind industry
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- A minimum of three years’ relevant experience
- Right to Work in the UK
