Location: Remote role with Greater London Area Preferred but open to candidates across UK

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery documentation
  • Managing project scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
  • Leading project governance routines including weekly reviews, status meetings, and steering committees
  • Monitoring project health and proactively identifying risks, issues, and blockers
  • Keeping projects on track for scope, timeline, budget, and customer expectations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Acting as the primary coordination point between customers and ScienceLogic delivery teams
  • Leading project status calls, executive reviews, and steering committees, adapting communication style for technical, operational, and executive audiences
  • Understanding customer business objectives and ensuring project activities stay aligned to measurable outcomes
  • Translating technical delivery activities into business value and identifying whitespace opportunities beyond immediate scope
  • Developing a strong understanding of ScienceLogic solutions, AI capabilities, and platform architecture
  • Using AI, Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow orchestration to build automation for reporting, RAID management, action tracking, resource planning, and customer communications
  • Driving projects with urgency and ownership, and pushing back professionally on scope creep or unrealistic timelines
  • Owning project risks, issues, and escalations through to resolution, coordinating cross-functional response across PS, Support, Product, Engineering, SRE, CS, and Sales
  • Coordinating resource requirements, supporting forecasting and capacity planning, and tracking consultant assignments across active engagements
