Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in technical delivery, Agile project management, and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering complex technology solutions within the Energy & Utilities domain, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, development, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure technical delivery aligns with business objectives and architectural standards.
- Promote and oversee automated testing strategies, including test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
- Track project progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and release planning.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Manage vendor and client relationships and provide regular project status updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance standards within the energy sector.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager or Technical Delivery Manager.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise applications using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and software quality assurance practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, or similar).
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in the Energy & Utilities domain, including power generation, transmission, distribution, renewable energy, or retail energy.
- Understanding of energy industry processes, regulatory compliance, smart metering, asset management, or grid modernization initiatives.
- Experience delivering cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, API integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or SAFe certifications are preferred.
