About The Role

As our new NPI (New Product Introduction) Product Manager for Transformer Monitoring Equipment, you will join a growing, innovative team based in Lisburn. Here, you will lead the development of world-class solutions that integrate advanced hardware, firmware, and sensing technologies to help our customers effectively manage their critical assets.
In this role, you will act as the heartbeat of our development cycle. You will bridge the gap between initial concepts and market-ready products, working with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge monitoring solutions to electrical grids worldwide. We provide the domain expertise in high-voltage and grid monitoring; we need you to provide the initiative to connect the dots. Job Description
What You Will Accomplish
- Lead Complex Projects: You will guide the end-to-end development journey, from gathering requirements and defining project scope to designing, verifying, and validating new monitoring solutions.
- Coordinate Global Teams: You will foster seamless collaboration across multiple sites and time zones, ensuring our diverse development teams are aligned and empowered to deliver their best work.
- Drive Strategy and Planning: You will take ownership of high-level project schedules and budgets, balancing priorities to ensure we meet our commitments on time and within scope.
- Champion Quality: You will oversee the transition of products into manufacture, ensuring that every solution meets our high standards for performance and reliability before it reaches our customers.
- Foster Continuous Improvement: You will proactively identify opportunities to streamline our planning and development processes, championing operational excellence and smarter ways of working.
- Communicate Impact: You will keep stakeholders at all levels of the business informed, managing expectations and removing roadblocks to ensure team success.
