Your new company

You will be joining an established pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation with a strong focus on safety, quality, regulatory compliance and continued investment in its manufacturing facilities. The business is delivering a programme of capital infrastructure and site improvement projects to support operational resilience, sustainability and future growth.

Your new role

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of capital infrastructure and facilities projects across a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing site. Projects will cover areas including HVAC, clean and process utilities, building services, electrical distribution, site infrastructure, facilities modifications, energy and sustainability.

You will manage projects from initial concept and business case development through design, construction, commissioning, qualification and final handover. This will include responsibility for project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources and contractor performance, with individual capital projects valued up to approximately £10 million.

Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, EHS, Maintenance, Procurement and Finance, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with GMP, CDM and internal governance requirements. You will also provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, lead project reviews and support effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
