Project Manager (PM) - Enterprise Segment

As a Project Manager (PM) focused on our Enterprise segment, you are the primary driver and governor of our most complex, high-value client engagements. Your mission is to manage execution of large-scale, intricate Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring scope adherence, timeline accountability, and successful outcomes for strategic digital transformation projects.

This is a senior, governance-focused role where you coordinate internal resources (Consultants, Solution Architects, Sales, and Support) and manage external executive stakeholders. You act as the centralised point of control for the entire delivery cycle, managing financial risk associated with complex, custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex SOW Governance & Execution: Own the full lifecycle of Enterprise SOWs, including detailed project planning, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of communication for senior client leadership (C-suite, VPs) and internal executive sponsors, with transparent reporting on status and risk.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment across product, sales, finance, and implementation teams to deliver all components of the SOW seamlessly.
  • Change Management Leadership: Partner with client change leaders to define adoption strategies and drive successful transition from legacy systems.
  • The 10% Innovation Rule: Apply a senior, consultative approach to unique client challenges within project constraints.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
