£65,000 + Company Car + 10% Bonus + Benefits

Client-Side Development Opportunity

Our client is a growing property investment and development business specialising in the acquisition, refurbishment and management of residential properties that provide accommodation for supported living, assisted living and specialist care providers.

With a portfolio of over 100 properties across the UK the business continues to expand through strategic acquisitions and refurbishment projects, creating high-quality homes for end users while delivering long-term value for investors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Development Project Manager to join the team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager or Senior Project Manager looking to make the move client-side. Working closely with the development team, you'll be involved from the earliest stages of each project, supporting acquisitions, undertaking technical due diligence, coordinating planning and design, and overseeing refurbishment works through to completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
