Project Manager (ERP & Internal Consulting)

London/Hybrid

Up to £60,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing technology and transformation function delivering large-scale change programmes. You'll play a key role in a significant ERP implementation before moving into a broader portfolio of consulting and transformation projects, offering long-term variety and career development.

They are a specialist technology and transformation business supporting organisations through complex operational, systems, and data-driven change. Their work spans technology delivery, business transformation, process improvement, and data initiatives across a diverse project portfolio.

With continued investment and an expanding pipeline of programmes, they are growing their project delivery capability and looking for individuals who enjoy working across both business and technology environments. The organisation offers exposure to high-impact projects and the opportunity to influence meaningful change.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering project workstreams across a major ERP transformation programme and supporting future consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing project workstreams within a large-scale ERP implementation.
  • Coordinating stakeholders across business functions, technical teams, and third-party partners.
  • Supporting data migration activities including planning, testing, reconciliation, and delivery.
  • Translating business requirements into structured project plans and actionable deliverables.
  • Managing project governance, reporting, RAID logs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Supporting testing, training, adoption, and go-live activities.
  • Driving collaboration between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
  • Managing multiple priorities while ensuring projects are delivered to agreed objectives.
  • Delivering a range of technology, operational change, and transformation projects within a consulting environment.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience delivering projects within technology, systems, data, ERP, or business transformation environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with both business and technical teams.
  • Strong project planning, reporting, governance, and organisational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate complex workstreams.
  • Experience supporting or delivering ERP transformation, business systems implementation, or data-focused projects.
  • Confidence facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and driving project outcomes.
  • Consultancy, professional services, or client-facing delivery experience would be advantageous.
  • PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or similar project management qualifications are beneficial.
