Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliverables & timeline tracking: Maintain a single source of truth for all event deliverables and milestones across the European events, proactively flagging risks to deadlines and adjusting plans accordingly as the landscape changes
  • Contracts & procurement: Track and manage contracts and purchase orders (POs) for venues, vendors and suppliers, ensuring approvals, renewals and payments happen on time.
  • Key elements tracking: Keep a detailed record of the critical components of each event (budgets, run-of-show, staffing, shipments, sponsorship obligations, etc.), ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Team Support: Act as the organisational support behind the scenes for the Events team taking on administrative and coordination load so events run smoothly.
  • Process & documentation: Help build and maintain simple, repeatable tracking tools/templates (e.g. dashboards, trackers) that bring structure and visibility to the team's operations. Willingness and appetite to use AI for these tasks essential.
