Experience Without Limits

Come shape the future of brand experience.

At Jack Morton, we design and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients unlock the full value of experiences by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections.

That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one. We build on each other's ideas, challenge conventions, and show up for one another every day. Here, you'll do your best work, grow quickly, and partner across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.

This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and every win is shared. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the passion and talent of the people behind it.

Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact.

We bring brands to life through unforgettable live, virtual, and hybrid experiences, delivering creative, high-impact events that connect audiences and drive results.

We’re looking for a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager (Exhibitions) to support the delivery of complex event programmes. You’ll work closely with senior team members while taking ownership of day-to-day project execution.

The Role

As a Project Manager (Exhibitions), you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering a wide range of events—from conferences and product launches to internal meetings and advisory boards. You’ll manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery from concept through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a collaborative, agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Support Account Leads and Senior Project Managers in building strong client relationships
  • Participate in client meetings, calls, and status updates
  • Manage day-to-day client communications across assigned projects
  • Help ensure client expectations are met or exceeded

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
