Senior Project Manager - Events & Brand
London (Hybrid)
£415.00 p/d via Umbrella
6-month contract
We're partnering with a leading organisation in the telecommunications sector to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile brand and event projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project professional with a strong background in agency, creative, or brand environments who thrives in fast-paced settings and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, and workstreams simultaneously.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across a portfolio of large-scale events and brand initiatives. Working closely with account leadership, creative teams, designers, copywriters, and third-party agencies, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing multiple projects from initial briefing through to delivery and post-project review
- Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including creative, design, account management, and external agency partners
- Producing regular project updates and status reports for senior stakeholders
- Driving effective collaboration and ensuring project governance and processes are followed
- Supporting continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery teams
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 5+ years' experience delivering projects within an agency, creative, or client-side environment
- Demonstrable experience managing events and brand-focused projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across internal teams and third-party agencies
- Proven ability to create and manage project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and budgets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Desirable
- Experience within an in-house agency or brand-side creative function
- Background working within telecommunications, technology, or large B2C organisations
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Screendragon, Asana, or similar platforms
- Experience working with geographically dispersed or cross-functional teams
