Your new role
Join Everllence PrimeServ UK, the after-sales and service division of Everllence in UK, and take ownership of service orders, projects and long-term service agreements across the Marine and Power sectors. You'll work closely with customers, engineers and internal stakeholders to deliver service solutions safely, profitably and on time, while ensuring customers get the best performance, reliability and lifecycle value from their critical equipment.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage service orders and customer contracts from enquiry to final invoicing.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates and delivery plans.
- Coordinate engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project costs, margins, risks and performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service work.
- Deliver projects that meet commercial objectives while exceeding customer expectations.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in project management, field service, technical customer support, or a similar customer-facing engineering role.
- Strong background in the marine, power generation or a closely related heavy engineering sector, with a good understanding of service operations, customer requirements and project execution.
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, costs, service orders and contract performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Comfortable working with ERP/business systems such as SAP or similar.
- Engineering qualification (HND, Degree or equivalent), or demonstrable technical experience within a relevant engineering environment.

Meet the team
As part of our PrimeServ Contract Managers team in Stockport, and reporting to the Team Lead Contract Manager, you'll support customers across Europe and globally. Working closely with Field Service Engineers, Technical Support specialists and commercial teams, you'll play a key role in delivering service excellence, managing international after-sales service contracts, and developing long-term customer relationships within the Marine and Power sectors.
