Project Manager | Exhibitions

Exhibition Stand Design & Build Company

Central London (hybrid, 1 to 2 days a week in the office)

£35,000 to £45,000 + discretionary annual bonus

Events / Exhibitions / Live Events / Stand Build / Modular

Our client is one of the UK's leading independent stand design and build companies in the exhibitions and live events world. Since 2017 they've taken stands from first sketch to show floor across the UK, Europe and beyond. Around 90% of their work is modular, built on their own T3 system and backed by an in-house design team, their own warehouse and a trusted build partner. A long-serving Project Manager is moving on, the order book is busy, and the projects team needs someone who can step straight in. They need a modular PM who already knows how this works.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll run your own portfolio of exhibition projects from design sign-off to onsite delivery and debrief.
  • That's anything from five to a dozen jobs at a time, all at different stages.
  • You'll set up stock and kit for modular builds and manage the install and pre-build diary.
  • You'll also coordinate with the warehouse in Worcester, place venue orders, work through artwork briefs with the designers, and cost up projects to protect the margin.
  • Clients will see you as their main point of contact.
  • Around 80% of the work is UK-based, with one or two European jobs a month.
  • When it's busy you'll be onsite once or twice a week, and when it's quiet you'll barely be onsite at all.
  • It's one or two days a week in the central London office.
  • If you're further afield, it's just one day every other week, and there's room for more remote working if you know T3.
  • It's fast-paced, but the culture is genuinely friendly and protective of work-life balance.
  • They're a team of people who love live events and actually like each other.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
