The Project Manager Role
Manage wastewater survey projects from planning through to completion
- Lead and support office and field teams
- Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of sewer network projects
- Ensure safe working practices across confined spaces and high‑risk environments
- Drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Travel between Irlam and Clevedon when required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership background with experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams
- Experience in utilities, wastewater, drainage, or similar operational environments
- Comfortable working in or managing high‑risk environments (confined spaces, highways, utilities)
- Confident communicator who can influence and engage at all levels
- Able to analyse performance data and implement improvements
- Knowledge of drainage/sewer networks is an advantage
- Good IT skills and experience using work management systems

Qualifications
- Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, etc.)
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Degree in a relevant subject (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
