Project Manager

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 - £60,500

Working Arrangement: Hybrid working

Are you an experienced Project Manager with active SC Clearance looking to deliver complex technology programmes that make a real impact?

Join a leading technology and transformation consultancy delivering high-profile projects across the Defence and National Security sector. Working alongside government and industry clients, you'll help deliver large-scale digital, engineering and business transformation programmes that support some of the UK's most critical capabilities.

Whether you're already working in consultancy or looking to move from industry, this is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience while working alongside some of the country's leading programme delivery professionals.

Please note: Applicants must already hold active SC (Security Check) Clearance. Candidates holding Developed Vetting (DV) clearance will also receive an additional DV bonus.

The Role

You'll support the successful delivery of complex technology-enabled projects, working closely with clients, technical teams and programme stakeholders. From planning and governance through to delivery and stakeholder management, you'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of technology and transformation programmes within Defence and National Security
  • Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets and key deliverables
  • Monitor project risks, issues and dependencies while supporting effective governance
  • Work closely with technical, engineering and business stakeholders
  • Produce project reporting and performance updates for senior leadership
  • Support programme mobilisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with clients and multidisciplinary delivery teams

Skills & Experience

  • Experience delivering technology or business transformation projects
  • Knowledge of project governance, planning and risk management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within Defence, Government or other highly regulated environments would be beneficial
  • Ability to manage competing priorities within fast-paced delivery environments
  • Active SC Clearance is essential
