Job Description

Ready to Help Shape the Future of Legal Tech?! At Litera, we Raise The Bar™ for the legal profession by delivering transformational, globally trusted technology solutions to law firms and corporate legal teams worldwide. For 30 years we've led legal tech innovation—and today we're at the forefront of the legal AI revolution, with most of the world's largest law firms as our clients. If you're passionate about building AI-forward solutions that scale globally and want your work to impact millions of legal professionals, this is your chance to join an extraordinary team that's elevating the craft of law.

Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role based in Holmdel NJ, Chicago IL, Raleigh NC, London with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Why This Role Matters

Every product Litera ships only creates value when it is successfully adopted by the client—and that is exactly where this role sits. As Project Manager in Professional Services, you are the single point of accountability that turns a signed deal into a live, high-performing implementation. You protect revenue and margin by keeping projects on scope, on budget, and on schedule across a portfolio of concurrent engagements. Most importantly, you ensure every client's first experience of Litera sets the standard for a long-term partnership, directly fueling retention, expansion, and our reputation in the market.

What You'll Deliver

  • Successful End-to-End Implementations — Own every phase from kick-off through go-live and support handover, ensuring each engagement lands on time with full client sign-off and adoption readiness.
  • On-Target Portfolio Performance — Run multiple concurrent projects across the Litera product suite, balancing competing priorities and shared resources so no engagement loses momentum or quality.
  • Scope, Budget & Timeline Integrity — Maintain rigorous control of project plans, forecasts, and financials—tracking effort, burn, and margin, managing change formally, and escalating trade-offs early with clear options.
  • Early Risk Resolution — Anticipate issues before they reach the client by maintaining live RAID logs, surfacing concerns with recommended actions, and driving them to closure proactively.
  • Aligned Stakeholder Ecosystem — Coordinate across Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and client teams to provide every stakeholder a single, accurate view of progress.
  • Client-Ready Quality — Ensure all deliverables meet Litera's standards and documented client requirements, coordinating testing, training, and acceptance so the client is genuinely ready to adopt at go-live.
  • Commercial Awareness — Support statements of work, resource plans, and partner coordination; identify scope creep and additional service opportunities and work with the commercial team to convert them.
  • Continuous Improvement — Capture lessons learned and client feedback, feeding practical improvements into delivery methodology, estimation models, and tooling—and mentor fellow project managers through example.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with the credibility to lead governance and steering conversations with partner- and executive-level stakeholders.
