Project Manager (Fit-Out)
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Work type: Full Time | Studio Based
Projects: Construction fit-out project management of F&B, hospitality, and retail spaces
We're working with a respected project management consultancy that delivers some of the UK's most exciting hospitality and F&B projects. Their work spans everything from flagship restaurants and commercial kitchens to high-profile customer environments, partnering with leading brands to deliver technically complex fit-outs from concept through to completion.
They're now looking for a Project Manager to join the team.
The Role
This is a hands-on project delivery role, managing hospitality and F&B fit-out projects from early feasibility through to practical completion.
You'll take ownership of multiple live projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients while coordinating consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
Projects are fast paced, technically demanding, and often involve complex commercial kitchens, M&E coordination, and live operational environments.

Experience delivering drive-thru developments or multi-site rollouts would be a real advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from feasibility through to handover.
- Manage programmes, budgets, procurement, and risk.
- Coordinate design teams, M&E consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
- Run tender processes and contractor appointments.
- Oversee project costs and value engineering without compromising quality.
- Ensure projects meet programme, budget, health and safety, and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and become their trusted delivery partner.
- Produce clear project reporting throughout each stage of delivery.
At Senior Project Manager level, you'll also mentor junior team members and take responsibility for larger, more complex projects.
About You
You'll have experience delivering construction-led interior fit-out projects, ideally within hospitality, F&B, retail, or leisure.
You'll also bring:
- Consultancy or construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchens, HVAC, M&E coordination, and technical building services.
- Confidence managing contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial awareness, including budgeting and value engineering.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- CSCS and SMSTS are desirable.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Please Note
This opportunity is specifically for professionals with experience delivering construction-led interior fit-outs.
If your background is primarily in IT, digital transformation, infrastructure, utilities, or events, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
Likewise, this isn't a design or kitchen consultancy position. You'll work closely with designers and consultants, but your focus will be project delivery, construction quality, programme management, commercial control, and successful project execution.
