What You Need to Know
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering client projects within Proserv’s Measurement business unit, acting as the main client contact and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. The role involves managing project teams, resources, schedules, risks, changes, finances, reporting, client relationships, and contract close-out, while promoting strong HSSE performance, compliance, continuous improvement, and alignment with Proserv processes and procedures.

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project delivery from initiation to close-out, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and change controls using Proserv processes and tools.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and vendors to ensure resources, responsibilities and deliverables are clearly defined and effectively managed.
- Monitor project performance, financial progress and cashflow, providing accurate reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Champion HSSE, quality, continuous improvement and lessons learned across all project activities.
- Support tender and bid activity where required, contributing project delivery insight and commercial awareness.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience coordinating and delivering projects, ideally within a technical, engineering or energy-related environment.
- Strong understanding of project execution processes, project controls and delivery principles.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, internal teams, subcontractors and vendors.
- Commercially aware, with experience monitoring project schedules, budgets, risks, changes and financial performance.
- Competent user of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

It would be advantageous if you have:
- Previous industry experience in measurement, oil and gas, energy, engineering or manufacturing.
- PMP, CAPM or equivalent project management qualification.
- Experience using Microsoft AX12 and/or Primavera P6.
Working Arrangements
This role is based around standard working hours, with occasional flexibility required to meet key project deadlines. The role is not expected to require offshore work. Travel to other Proserv facilities and key subcontractor sites may be required during project delivery.
