GES are currently looking for a dedicated and dynamic Project Manager to join our Features Team based in London.
Role Purpose
Supporting the Features team and liaising with the Graphics team, project managing (at senior level) for Exhibition organisers feature areas from brief to execution in a variety of formats including system builds and traditional construction with associated graphics systems.

You Will
What you will do.
- Accept feature briefs from the account management team, and directly from clients when appropriate.
- Using dedicated project management software create quotations.
- Ensure all deadlines are met for briefing the creative team, preparing quotations and producing work orders.
- Using dedicated project management software, process feature requirements and create work orders.
- Ensure all communications are kept up to date and accessible on server.
- Keep strong communication with Graphics Project Manager’s and Production department, keep updated with deadline/schedule changes.
- Appoint and manage external suppliers where required.
- Keep all files backed up in correct format and archived in line with the procedures in the dept.
- Be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager.
- Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company.
- Take a participative role in the Company’s sustainability initiative and ensure where possible your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety, corporate, client and legislative standards across the function.
- Show flexibility in respect of being asked to undertake several different skills or tasks at any time at a number of different times or locations.
- Represent the Company, as appropriate, in a professional manner. Keep abreast of industry trends and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position.
