We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading a small project team from initiation through to go live of the phased global replacement of Microsoft Dynamics GP with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across more than 70 Aviagen companies worldwide.

Job Description
Based at Newbridge, Edinburgh, UK or Huntsville, Alabama, USA, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a number of key stakeholders from across the business, undertaking and delivering on the below:
- Track budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and scope changes to ensure project is delivered on time and on budget.
- Manage project planning, resourcing, budgets, risks, and timelines throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Report on the effectiveness of the change management and user adoption plan ensuring all users and locations are ready to transition.
- Maintain RAID logs and report status (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Primary Contact between Microsoft Partner, the clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate external consultants, solution architects, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee team responsible for data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live planning, and training frameworks.
- Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder communication at all levels as well as establishing any new additional controls to safeguard a successful implementation.

Who are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience managing business application implementations.
- Proven track record delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Strong grasp of core business processes ideally within finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or MS Project).

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the ability to interact with users from different countries and cultures. A positive can-do attitude, excellent problem solver and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
