Project Manager – Finance System Migration
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: £600-£750pd inside IR35
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite in Essex
We're currently working with a Public Sector organisation, who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration from eFinancials (OneAdvanced) to a new finance system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end finance system migration programme.
- Manage programme governance, assurance, risks and dependencies.
- Map and review current business processes to support the new solution.
- Coordinate stakeholders across finance, IT and business teams.
- Track project plans, actions and milestones using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner.
- Ensure successful delivery within agreed timescales and governance frameworks.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience delivering finance system migrations or implementations.
- Previous Public Sector experience is essential.
- Strong background in programme governance, risk management and assurance.
- Experience with business process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM, MSP or an equivalent project management qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
