Project Manager – Finance Systems | Fully Remote | Up to £45,000
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in finance systems, accounting or payroll to join a growing software business in a fully remote role.
You’ll manage customer projects from planning through to implementation and completion, coordinating internal teams, managing timelines and keeping customers informed throughout.
The role:
- Manage multiple software / finance system projects from start to finish
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams and resources to keep projects on track
- Manage risks, issues, milestones and dependencies
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout implementation
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Manage scope changes and customer expectations
- Support smooth system implementation, handover and go-live
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement

About you:
- 3+ years’ experience in Project Management, Implementation or Project Coordination
- Ideally from a finance systems, accounting, payroll or financial software background
- Experience managing software implementations or system-based projects is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of finance processes and/or accounting environments
- Confident managing customers and internal stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
