Project Manager - Brand Team (3-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We’re looking for a brilliant Project Manager to join our Brand team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, starting in mid-October. You’ll work predominantly across campaigns, branding and employee experience, supporting the team to ensure projects are delivered brilliantly and consistently, to the requirements of the client brief, and always on time and on budget.

As a Brand Project Manager, you’ll bring strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to plan, manage and deliver complex work effectively. You’ll facilitate clear communication, and support the quality and profitability of our work to the highest standards. You’ll need to demonstrate this with evidence to be considered for the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading Project Delivery: Oversee small to medium sized projects from scoping and estimation through to production, QA, and wrap-up. Support senior-level project management in larger, complex programs.
  • Process Management: Ensure RY processes are followed and projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with a clear understanding of the brief.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with clients, manage expectations, and consistently deliver excellent service.
  • Documentation and Communication: Write Statements of Work (SOW), define assumptions, dependencies, and deliverables, and manage any changes required. Provide regular updates and reconciliations to clients.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate risks, track issues, and escalate concerns to senior-level project management as needed.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure accuracy in payment plans, billing, purchase orders, and client financial information. Manage timesheets and resourcing, resolving day-to-day issues.
  • Meeting Leadership: Lead project-related meetings, including reviews, statuses, and wrap-ups.
  • Prioritization: Define and redefine priorities to ensure the most crucial work is done first.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
