The Role
The Project Manager will work as part of a small cross-functional programme team, and will be accountable for the end-to-end project management within one of our strategic programmes. The role will involve ensuring that agreed scope, timelines, costs, quality and benefits are managed effectively with clear and up to date plans in place. The Project Manager will coordinate resources, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear project leadership and governance to enable successful delivery of transformation outcomes.
Our Transformation team is responsible the delivery of our ambitious transformation portfolio. Our inclusive and customer-focused team places the PRS values at the heart of everything we do, fostering strong relationships and a high degree of trust with our stakeholders to ensure that we deliver change well.
Our transformation portfolio includes a wide range of initiatives involving systems, process and people change, focusing on ensuring that colleagues have the right information, tools, knowledge and support to work in new ways. This may involve identifying opportunities for improvement, developing new processes and procedures, implementing new technologies or systems, and providing training and support to ensure that all stakeholders are prepared to adapt to the changes.

Responsibilities
As our Project Manager, working as part of one of our programme teams, some of your day to day duties will include:
- Supporting business readiness, service transition and benefits realisation activities to ensure solutions are successfully embedded and deliver lasting value.
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, costs, quality and benefits are achieved.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, governance, risk and issue management, providing clear visibility of progress, dependencies and delivery confidence to stakeholders.
- Coordinating project resources and delivery activities, ensuring teams are aligned, accountable and focused on achieving agreed objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams, suppliers and sponsors to ensure effective decision-making and successful project outcomes.

About You

- Strong project planning, governance, RAID management and dependency management skills within a programme environment.

- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and delivery teams, driving accountability and maintaining delivery momentum.
- Good applied knowledge of project delivery methodologies.

The Process
Our Interview Process For This Role Is Simple
- First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
- Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.
We use competency-based questions within our interviews. This allows you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. To assist your preparation for interview, research the STAR method to aid bringing your examples to life.
Location
We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
To ensure the health and safety of all our employees, if you wish to work from home for more than 2.5 days per week, we will conduct a quick and easy remote-working assessment.
