Senior Project Manager – AGI & Interfaces

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – AGI & Interfaces to lead the delivery of the Above Ground Installations (AGIs) on the landmark Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture Scheme, working closely with Eni as part of one of the UK's most significant energy transition projects. This role will play a critical part in delivering a first-of-its-kind, large diameter, high-pressure carbon capture pipeline system and associated infrastructure across the North West of England.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Above Ground Installation scope, leading a team of approximately 100 direct employees alongside specialist subcontractors and key delivery partners.

As the senior lead for AGIs and project interfaces, you will manage complex technical, operational, and stakeholder challenges while ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful project delivery. You will work closely with engineering, construction, commercial, and planning teams, acting as a key decision-maker on technical interfaces and battery limit definitions across the project.

In addition to project delivery responsibilities, you will support wider business initiatives including bid development, project mobilisation, system improvement, and workforce development across the Major Projects business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
