Your Impact
DISCO Project Managers work side by side with clients to execute moderate to high-complexity work within broad functional guidelines. They serve as the definitive procedural expert, helping customers get the most out of their DISCO solution from matter kick-off to case closeout while driving excellent client experience and high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
Project Management & Delivery
- Serves as the primary, independent point of contact managing moderate-to-high complexity matters from kickoff to closeout.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical hurdles and ensure seamless project execution.
- Provides tactical guidance to Associate PMs and proactively mitigates risks to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Designs and implements robust review workflows and oversees standard database administration.
- Acts as the definitive procedural expert in core platform functionality, mastering advanced search construction, document review batching, and productions while progressively helping clients leverage advanced analytics and GenAI to drive efficient legal outcomes.
- Translates front-line client feedback into actionable feature requests for DISCO’s product and engineering teams.
Client Relations
- Develops strong, collaborative relationships with client case teams, providing clear, accurate status reporting and guidance on customized product functionality.
- Establishes open communication as a core DISCO ambassador and provides targeted enablement and spot training on specific features tailored to unique case needs.

Who You Are
- 3+ years of eDiscovery project management experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or service provider
- 3+ years of working knowledge with one or more industry-standard eDiscovery platforms, such as DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, or Reveal
- 1+ years experience working at a consulting firm or provided consultative solutions in eDiscovery
- 1+ years experience working for a litigation support group at a law firm or corporation
- 1+ years experience with data collection and processing software
