PROJECT MANAGER
LIVERPOOL | Circa £60k + Car Allowance + Mileage
About The Business
Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing technology company, working with food and drink manufacturers to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance through connected factory technology, data, AI, and computer vision. Having recently signed their biggest contract to date, they are scaling their delivery team, and this is a newly created role.
About The Role
As the business grows, they’re looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join their team. This role sits within the project delivery function, working closely with an internal installation and technical team to ensure every customer project runs smoothly from kickoff through to successful go live.
You do not need a software background. What matters most is that you understand manufacturing, can build trust with customers and stakeholders, and know how to keep a project on track from scope through to delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
