Project Manager: Cyber Security | Contract | Remote 🔐

Location: Remote first (monthly travel to Manchester)
Day Rate: ~£400/day (inside IR35)
Length: ~4-6months
Sector: Cyber Security | IT Infrastructure | Data Governance | Insurance

Overview

We’re partnering with a Leading Insurance brand in the middle of a technology integration programme. They need a Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure and Data Governance projects within their Technology programme. The role is about pace and accountability: getting projects moving, keeping teams to their commitments, and landing outcomes before financial year end.

Why this role matters

You’ll sit within a Technology programme led by a Programme Lead, with direct visibility to the C Suite. The technical expertise already exists in the team; what’s missing is drive. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can take direction, push through internal process blockers, and hold people to account to get things done. 🔧📈

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
