Quick Note About Compensation
This role works on a revenue-share basis, not a fixed monthly salary.
We are a small but growing studio and tech company building PC games. Our collaboration model is intentionally simple and transparent:
- You manage and structure real projects
- Products (Games) go live
- You receive your pre-agreed share of the generated revenue
This is not a co-founder role and not an equity offer.
It is a straightforward collaboration model for professionals who prefer impact and ownership over corporate hierarchy.

About Us
We are TINK TEAM LTD, a UK-based technology company operating across two domains:
- Independent PC game development for the Steam platform
Our studio is currently running:
- 6 x PC game projects in parallel, focused on 3D gameplay, cinematic presentation, and modern Unity workflows
As we scale both sides of the business, we are looking for a strong, reliable Project Manager who can bring structure, prioritization, and delivery discipline across mixed technical and creative teams.

We are seeking a Mid–Senior Project Manager who can work remotely and part-time, overseeing:

- Unity-based PC game development pipelines
- Multiple teams working in parallel across 6 game projects
The role adapts based on experience:
Mid-Level PM: Execution-focused, sprint tracking, coordination
Senior PM: Delivery ownership, roadmap planning, risk and dependency management across products
This is a hands-on delivery role, not a ceremonial PM position.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (All Levels)

Project Planning & Execution
- Break down features into actionable tasks
- Maintain sprint boards and roadmaps (Notion, Jira, Trello, etc.)

Cross-Team Coordination
- Align developers, designers, artists, and stakeholders
- Ensure clear ownership and deadlines

Multi-Project Tracking
- Monitor progress across 2 game projects
- Keep priorities realistic and visible

Communication & Reporting
- Clear status updates
- Identify blockers early and drive resolution

Delivery Focus
- Push projects toward release-ready Steam-ready game builds
Level-Specific Scope
Mid-Level Project Manager
- Manage sprint execution and task flow
- Ensure day-to-day progress and follow-ups
- Support documentation and internal planning

Senior Project Manager
- Own roadmaps for game pipelines
- Balance scope, speed, and quality across multiple products
- Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Create clarity in a fast-moving, indie-scale environment
Required Qualifications
Mid-Level
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination (software, or game development)
- Familiarity with Agile / sprint-based workflows
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic understanding of:
- Game development pipelines (Unity knowledge is a plus)
Senior-Level
- 5+ years of professional Project Management experience
- Experience delivering live shipped games
- Strong planning, prioritization, and risk management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple parallel projects
- Calm, structured leadership style (no micromanagement)
