Global Payroll Project Manager
A leading organisation is seeking a Global Payroll Project Manager to spearhead the review and implementation of a global payroll solution, with a particular emphasis on enhancing contractor payroll, billing, invoicing, and collection processes. This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to support a major global payroll transformation project currently in its discovery phase, impacting the processing millions in payroll each month.
What you bring:
- Extensive subject matter expert knowledge in global payroll operations gained from managing complex international projects across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale global payroll transformation initiatives involving outsourced vendor relationships.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills demonstrated through effective communication with cross-functional teams at all organisational levels.
- Strong project management abilities including planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, risk assessment, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of contractor billing processes as well as invoicing and collection procedures within multinational organisations.
- Experience navigating international compliance requirements related to payroll regulations by collaborating with legal or finance departments.
