Project Manager / Senior Site Agent - Groundworks / Civil Engineering
Location: Pontefract, West Yorkshire
Rate: £400-£500 per day DOE
IR35: Outside IR35
Duration: 40 weeks
Our client is an established Civil Engineering / Groundworks Contractor looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Agent to oversee a £10m groundworks package (40 weeks) on a large industrial unit / shed development in Pontefract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the package, coordinating site teams and resources to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

We're looking for:
- Proven experience operating as a Project Manager or Senior Site Agent for a Civil Engineering / Groundworks Contractor.
- Strong track record of delivering significant groundworks packages, ideally on large industrial or logistics developments / Sheds etc.
- Experience managing Site Managers, Foremen, labour and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of programme management, site coordination, Health & Safety and quality.
- Confidence liaising with clients and managing site meetings.

The position is site based in Pontefract, with an anticipated programme of 40 weeks.
£400-£500 per day DOE | Outside IR35 | 40-week assignment
