Hiring: Project Manager – Digital Assets Partnerships
Our client is growing its Digital Assets capability and looking for a Project Manager who can drive strategic partnerships, shape market‑leading initiatives, and help build out a best‑in‑class ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing
- Shaping and refining our Digital Assets partnership strategy and roadmap
- Bringing market insight to build / buy / partner decisions
- Sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic partnerships end‑to‑end
- Owning relationships across the Digital Assets ecosystem — fintechs, exchanges, custodians, infra providers
- Driving cross‑functional delivery across business, tech, risk, and legal
- Ensuring partnership use cases land with real commercial and strategic impact

The team You’ll join a collaborative, innovative Digital Assets group focused on cross‑divisional strategy and transformation. We empower people to grow in areas they’re passionate about and create development paths tailored to individual strengths.
What you bring
- 4–7 years’ experience in partnerships, BD, corporate strategy, or fintech/DLT
- Strong understanding of Digital Assets market structure — DLT, tokenization, custody, trading, digital money
- Proven ability to assess strategic fit, commercial value, and operational implications
- Experience delivering in matrixed environments with senior stakeholder engagement
- Ability to operate independently across locations and time zones
