We're working with a growing project management and development consultancy that has built an excellent reputation for delivering complex projects across the healthcare, life sciences and innovation sectors. Their work is making a tangible impact, helping organisations create environments that support cutting-edge research, scientific advancement and improved healthcare outcomes. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued investment in their Oxford team, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of a range of high-profile schemes.

The Role
Working alongside experienced project leaders, you'll be involved in projects from inception through to completion, acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
You'll support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of healthcare and life sciences developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
- Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Monitoring programme, cost and risk throughout delivery
- Supporting procurement and contract administration processes
- Attending client, design and site meetings
- Preparing project reports and stakeholder updates
- Building strong relationships with clients and project teams
- Ensuring successful project outcomes across multiple schemes

About You
- Experience within a project management consultancy, construction consultancy or client-side environment
- Understanding of project delivery within the built environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, commercial or complex development projects would be advantageous
- Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
- Working towards or already achieved professional accreditation such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar would be beneficial
