Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in technical project delivery? We’re recruiting for a Project Manager to join a leading global organisation in Nottingham, delivering complex projects from initial concept and design through to construction, commissioning, and final handover.

The Role
As the Project Manager, you will:
- Manage technical projects from inception through to completion and handover.
- Lead contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, programmes, procurement, and project risks.
- Oversee construction and technical works within live environments.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain project governance and compliance with CDM and Health & Safety requirements.

About You
To be successful as the Project Manager, you’ll have:
- Proven experience delivering technical projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Strong contractor, consultant, and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent budget, programme, and commercial management skills.
- Experience within FM, building services, property, or construction.
- Good knowledge of CDM, compliance, and Health & Safety.
- A proactive and organised approach to project delivery.
