Project Manager

Our project management team is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of business change, AI, and technology projects from inception through to implementation and closure, ensuring each project has clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and demonstrable value to the firm. The role requires a blend of strong business analysis, practical project delivery, and technical understanding, alongside the ability to work autonomously with stakeholders to capture requirements, manage risks, drive progress, and deliver agreed outcomes effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, and manage projects across the full project lifecycle, from business case development and project team assembly through to deployment, transition to BAU, and closure, ensuring resources, effort, timeframes, logistics, and internal and external stakeholders are effectively managed to support successful delivery.
  • Provide clear, timely project reporting to project sponsors and senior stakeholders (e.g., the Head of Projects, CSO, and CIO) that enables informed decision-making, early risk intervention, and accountability across project teams.
  • Liaise closely with key stakeholders across the various practice and business services areas, building effective working relationships to garner support for the various projects and business goals you are tasked with progressing. Ensure 'buy-in' and escalation for key decisions as appropriate.
  • Gather, analyse, and document requirements, prepare specifications, and work with technical teams to shape practical solutions.
  • Produce or assist in the development of robust business cases and requirements documents that clearly articulate the problem, expected benefits, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
  • Produce project communication documentation and presentations covering kick-off meetings, project financials, timescales, scope definition, project issues, and risks.
  • Analyse, monitor, and propose mitigation plans for risks that balance project needs and requirements with those of the business.
  • Document and perform quality assurance or testing tasks when required. Oversee User Acceptance Testing.
  • Plan and manage the transition of completed projects into business as usual, ensuring ownership, support arrangements, documentation, and operational processes are clearly defined to support successful adoption and long-term sustainability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
