Cloud Project Manager (Microsoft Cloud Transformation)
Remote (UK) | £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits
We're looking for an experienced Cloud Project Manager to lead a major global Microsoft cloud transformation programme spanning 20+ international domains. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile project involving Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Azure technologies across multiple business units and geographies.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has developed their career within an MSP, Managed Services, Professional Services or Consultancy environment, delivering cloud projects for large enterprise customers and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
The Opportunity
- You'll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of a global cloud standardisation and migration programme, coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party partners while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- You'll need to be comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, providing governance, leadership and clear communication to senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Microsoft cloud transformation programme.
- Manage multiple workstreams across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Azure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance structures and RAID logs.
- Facilitate steering committees, stakeholder workshops and executive reporting.
- Coordinate global migration and adoption activities across multiple regions.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and resource planning.
- Work closely with architects, consultants and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Ensure delivery milestones, budgets and project objectives are achieved.
About You
- You'll be a confident project manager with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale cloud projects and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft cloud projects within an MSP, consultancy or professional services environment.
- Experience managing complex enterprise-level customers and senior stakeholder groups.
- Strong background delivering projects involving:
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Azure
- Experience leading global migrations, consolidations or transformation programmes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong governance, risk and dependency management experience.
- Ability to influence and engage executive-level stakeholders.

Desirable
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent certification.
- Microsoft certifications.
- Experience of tenant consolidation, mergers & acquisitions or globalisation initiatives.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
