Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys bringing technical teams together to deliver innovative products? Do you thrive in engineering environments where collaboration, problem-solving and customer focus go hand in hand? Looking for a role where you'll have the opportunity to influence projects from concept through to delivery?
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in delivering innovative technical projects within a collaborative engineering environment. Working across engineering, commercial, operations and customer-facing teams, you'll help coordinate the successful delivery of integrated hardware and software products, ensuring projects remain aligned, organised and focused on achieving outstanding customer outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating structure and driving progress across multiple workstreams while working alongside talented technical teams.

- Coordinate technical projects across engineering, commercial, operations and customer-facing teams.
- Keep projects moving by creating clear plans, maintaining visibility and ensuring effective communication throughout delivery.
- Build alignment between technical and non-technical teams, helping everyone work towards shared objectives.
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand priorities, challenges and project requirements.
- Support the successful delivery of integrated hardware and software solutions.
- Help improve project delivery processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and collaboration.
- Facilitate Agile and iterative ways of working while adapting delivery approaches to meet changing priorities.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by helping teams work smarter and deliver exceptional results.
About You
Our client understands that great Project Managers come from a variety of technical backgrounds, so this is more of a wishlist than a checklist. You'll likely bring experience in:
- Managing projects within an engineering, manufacturing or technology-focused environment.
- Delivering projects involving hardware, software or integrated technology products.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and building strong relationships across technical and non-technical disciplines.
- Working closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Managing stakeholders, balancing priorities and maintaining momentum across multiple projects.
- Supporting Agile or iterative delivery approaches within technical environments.
- Creating structure, improving visibility and keeping complex projects on track.
- Communicating confidently with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Experience with complex engineering products, embedded systems, electronics, scientific instrumentation, robotics, industrial technology or similar technical environments would be advantageous, but our client welcomes applications from candidates with transferable experience.
