Project Manager Role in London's Property Industry
This Project Manager role in London's property industry focuses on overseeing construction projects in the heritage and sports & leisure sectors. You'll ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high standards for listed buildings and other unique sites.
Client Details
A London based, private property & construction consultancy who is multi-disciplinary in terms of sector and embrace collaborative working. Non-corporate with an open door policy senior leadership team. Hugely successful in their specialist areas including the Heritage Sector as well as Sports and Leisure - offering variety in terms of sector.
Description
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
- Oversee works on Grade I and Grade II listed buildings, maintaining compliance with heritage requirements.
- Opportunity to work within the Sports and Leisure sector.
- Act as the Employer's Agent, providing expert advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administer JCT and NEC forms of contract effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing any challenges.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and construction regulations.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Strong experience in project management, particularly in construction delivery.
- Knowledge of working on heritage projects, including Grade I and Grade II listed buildings.
- Familiarity with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Membership of a professional body such as MAPM or MCIOB.

Job Offer
- Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
