Agile Delivery Manager - Student System Transformation

Bidborough House, London (1 day per week onsite)

6 Month Contract

Up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager / Agile Programme Delivery Lead to play a key role in a major transformation programme within the Higher Education sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a large-scale timetabling transformation, working across technology, data, suppliers and business stakeholders to drive successful implementation and adoption of new systems and processes.

The successful candidate will operate at programme level, providing delivery leadership across multiple workstreams while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, supplier performance, and organisational change management throughout the transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a complex timetabling transformation programme.
  • Drive Agile delivery across multiple workstreams and teams.
  • Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Oversee third-party implementation partners and suppliers, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones and outcomes.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Programme Delivery Lead or Programme Delivery Manager.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
  • Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and implementation partners.
  • Knowledge of software implementation and system deployment projects.
  • Higher Education transformation programmes.
  • Student systems, timetabling, scheduling, SITS, curriculum management or academic operations.
