Project Manager - F&B and Hospitality Projects

Location: Fully remote, reporting into the Midlands-based design studio, with national travel to projects (National means national...think Cornwall to Scotland and everywhere in-between)

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + car allowance (salary dependent on experience)

Job Type: Permanent

The Snapshot

  • Global hospitality design consultancy, creating bars, restaurants, pubs, and hotels since the mid-90s
  • Dedicated to one of their major UK clients, a well-known pub brand
  • Fully remote, reporting into the Midlands-based studio, with regular travel to sites nationally
  • Around 5 years' on-site experience in design or project management
  • Pub and hospitality delivery experience is the sweet spot here

The Studio

We're working with a global design consultancy that has been at the forefront of hospitality design for almost 30 years, shaping how bars, restaurants, pubs, and hotels create experiences their customers love. With studios in the UK and the Middle East, they blend consultative thinking with proper creative flair, grounded in the data and insight to back it up.

This role sits within the Interior Design team, managing multiple projects for one of their major UK clients, a pub brand with sites across the country. You'll be fully remote day to day, reporting into their Midlands-based studio, with travel to projects nationally, everywhere from Cornwall to Scotland and everywhere in-between. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love seeing a project through from concept to completion, and enjoy working with a wide range of people, this one's for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Bring

  • Ideally, 5 years of on-site experience in design or project management
  • A strong understanding of the Building Safety Act and duty holder responsibilities (Client, Principal Designer, and Principal Contractor)
  • A solid technical background, with knowledge of construction, joinery, and millwork detailing within hospitality environments, ideally public houses
  • Experience managing hospitality, leisure, or retail projects, with pub brand experience a real advantage
  • Proficiency in reviewing AutoCAD drawings, with familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp a bonus
  • The self-sufficiency to run your own diary and workload remotely, and the willingness to be on site wherever the projects take you

Why This One Stands Out

Fully remote delivery roles with this much autonomy are rare in hospitality design. You'll own the delivery of pub projects across the country for a consultancy that genuinely cares about the end experience, without being tied to a studio desk five days a week. If you know your way around a pub refurb, understand what good looks like on site, and want the freedom to manage it your way, this is a cracking fit.
