Position: Project Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £29,500 - £55,000 DOE
Application Requirements
- Have achieved a 2:1 undergraduate degree
- Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
- Ability to be on site 5 days a week
- Previous experience in project delivery, project coordination, PMO, change management, business analysis or transformation environments is desirable
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you'll support the delivery of change and transformation initiatives for high-profile clients across a range of industries. Working within complex business and technology programmes, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering projects that create measurable business impact.

You'll work closely with stakeholders, manage competing priorities and contribute to strategic initiatives, while continuing to develop your consulting and project delivery expertise in a fast-paced client environment.
This role is suited to individuals who have developed experience in project, change or transformation-focused roles and are looking to accelerate their careers through exposure to large-scale programmes and senior stakeholder engagement.
What Makes a Great Grayce Consultant?
Education
- A minimum 2:1 degree in any subject
Experience
- Previous experience in project delivery, project coordination, PMO, change management, business analysis or transformation-related roles
- Experience working with stakeholders and supporting the delivery of business initiatives
- Exposure to project governance, reporting or planning activities is advantageous

Technical Knowledge
- Confident working with data and information to support project delivery and decision-making
- Comfortable using business and collaboration tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and similar platforms

- Ability to interpret data, project information and insights to identify risks, issues and opportunities
- Applies a structured and logical approach to problem solving and decision making
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, organised and delivery-focused
- Adaptable and comfortable working in changing environments
