The Role
You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects across South Wales, acting as the Employer's Agent on JCT Design & Build contracts. Working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
This is a varied, client-facing role that will see you regularly visiting sites across Swansea and Newport, whilst also building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as Employer's Agent under JCT Design & Build contracts.
- Managing projects through the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
- Administering contracts and ensuring contractual compliance.
- Leading project meetings and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Managing project risks, programmes, and reporting.
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Carrying out regular site visits across Swansea and Newport.
- Delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Supporting continuous improvement and sharing best practice across the wider team.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience acting as an Employer's Agent under JCT contracts.
- Previous Project Management experience within the construction industry.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple live projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel between sites in Swansea and Newport.

Desirable
- Degree qualified (or equivalent industry experience).
- Working towards or holding MRICS, MAPM, or another recognized professional qualification.
- PRINCE2 or other Project Management accreditation.
- Experience within consultancy or professional services.
