Project Manager (French & English) – Edenred Payment Solutions
Location: Swindon/London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 + Bonus

Your Role
In this key position, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, leveraging your excellent communication skills in French and English to engage clients effectively.
- Lead implementation of client changes from initial requirements gathering through product acceptance and rollout.
- Manage multiple parallel work streams, including IT and related activities, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Introduce change management processes focused on minimizing impact to ongoing client services and mitigating risks.
- Negotiate client objectives and scope adjustments to meet agreed timelines and phased delivery plans.
- Oversee project delivery across internal teams, third-party partners, suppliers, and clients—identifying and resolving delays and obstacles.
- Conduct detailed planning, estimate efforts, and provide clear status reporting both internally and to clients.
- Support and inspire your colleagues, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven technical delivery experience managing complex projects.
- Full professional fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfort working within technology-focused environments and solving client business challenges.
- A results-oriented mindset: self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently to achieve objectives.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and resilient attitude, with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Openness to learning, feedback, and mentoring within a supportive team structure.
